A floor lamp from the Marquise Collection, POMPADOUR is built around a circular metal plate entirely dressed by hand with rows of faceted glass beads and glass pearls. Its vertical silhouette and density of material make it a sculptural piece in its own right — as striking switched off as it is illuminated.

When lit, light passes through every bead and scatters into shifting reflections across the surrounding surfaces. The effect changes with format: intimate and warm at T1 scale, monumental and space-defining at T4. Switched off, POMPADOUR remains a luminous sculpture — its sheer density of material capturing and returning the ambient light of any room.

Choosing your size

POMPADOUR is available in four heights, each calibrated for a different interior scale.

• T1 — H 133 cm: the accent piece. Bedroom, reading corner, hallway, intimate living room. Compact yet assertive — a strong vertical presence without overwhelming the space.
• T2 — H 159 cm: the centrepiece. Living room, dining area, hotel suite. Substantial enough to become a room’s focal point without dominating it.
• T3 — H 176 cm: the reception piece. Large dining rooms, lobbies, fine dining restaurants. At this height, POMPADOUR structures and qualifies every space it occupies.
• T4 — H 202 cm: the exceptional piece. Double-height halls, private reception rooms, prestige hotels. A floor lamp that defines interior architecture.

Materials & handcrafted production

The frame of POMPADOUR is shaped in metal, then entirely dressed by hand with faceted glass beads and glass pearls, fixed onto a circular plate. Each element is positioned individually — the density and regularity of the surface emerge from the assembly itself. The subtle variations in placement are the mark of authentic craftsmanship. Every POMPADOUR is unique.
