General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Privacy Policy – Spiridon Deco

Introduction
Welcome to our website. These terms govern all sales between SPIRIDON DECO SRL and its clients.
Any order implies acceptance of these terms. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain fully effective.

Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all sales concluded between SPIRIDON DECO and its clients. They take precedence over any general terms provided by the client, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
All orders placed via the website, by email, or by phone imply full acceptance of these GTC.

If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid, all other provisions shall remain fully applicable.

Orders

Clients may place orders through:

  • Or by phone.

All orders are final and irrevocable once accepted by SPIRIDON DECO. Products may be in stock or made-to-order. For made-to-order products, the typical lead time is 8 to 12 weeks.

SPIRIDON DECO reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons, including product availability or logistical constraints.

Prices and Payment

Prices are quoted in euros.

For European customers:

  • Prices include VAT,

  • But exclude shipping fees, unless otherwise stated.

For non-EU customers:

  • Prices are shown excluding VAT,

  • All import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the client.

Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card, or any other method accepted by SPIRIDON DECO. For international orders, prepayment may be requested. Full payment is due before shipment.

In case of late payment, legal interest and administrative fees may be applied in accordance with Belgian law.

Delivery

Methods:
All orders are shipped from the SPIRIDON DECO warehouse:

Customers may also pick up their orders on site after confirmation.

Carriers used include UPS, DHL, and special carriers for oversized or non-standard items.

Lead Times:

  • In-stock products: shipped the next business day after the order is placed.

  • Made-to-order products: estimated 8 to 12 weeks.

Shipping Costs:

  • Free delivery within Belgium,

  • For special items, a specific shipping quote will be provided,

  • For deliveries outside the EU, clients are responsible for import duties and local taxes.

Oversized Items:
Some products exceed standard shipping limits. Fees are indicated before order confirmation. In certain cases, a special carrier is required, and SPIRIDON DECO will contact the client if additional costs arise.

Transfer of Ownership and Risk

Products remain the exclusive property of SPIRIDON DECO until full payment is received. Risk transfers to the client upon collection by the carrier. Any claims related to shipping must be reported in writing at delivery on the carrier’s document.

Compliance and Warranty

We are committed to providing products that meet SPIRIDON DECO’s quality standards and descriptions.

Any claims regarding apparent defects or damages must be made within 48 hours of receipt. Clients may contact us via:

Our liability is limited to direct damages resulting from gross negligence by SPIRIDON DECO or its employees. For defective products supplied by our partners, our warranty is limited to that granted by the supplier.

Returns

Returns are accepted only at the Tournai warehouse with prior approval from SPIRIDON DECO. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

Liability

SPIRIDON DECO is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Clients are responsible for proper use of the products and any modifications needed to comply with local regulations.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Sales are governed by Belgian law and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), where not in conflict with these GTC.

All disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tournai, Belgium.
